Charge 4 won't show the correct time

My charge 4 watch continually runs 5 mins slow. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi there, @Rodlyn54. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and for sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 4. I will do my best to help you! 

Have you made sure that your Charge 4 is syncing? To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. 

If by any chance you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Charge 4 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
