Hello, I hope someone can give me some ideas.
My Fitbit Charge 4 time is roughly 2-3 minutes off from my phone time.
I have:
Cleared cache, Reset tracker, synced the Fitbit, cycled power on phone (Galaxy S24 Plus),
unpaired the phone, and re paired it.
Changed time zones, and synced the watch.
I checked Google Play Store, and it seems to think that I have the latest version.
When I change time zones, the watch hour changes to the correct hour, but the time is still off by 2-3 minutes.
I just moved from Fitbit account to Google account. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
I tried logging into fitbit.com from PC. The menus seem all different with Google account than with Fitbit account. The steps on some of earlier help posts may not be applicable.
Thank you.

Hi there, @Kim_2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 4 won't show the correct time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Charge 4 and report that the time is not showing correctly, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thank you for your response.
So, after a lot of effort..... this is what I found that worked for me. I can't say why it worked or if it will work for anyone else.
On the phone (Galaxy S24 Plus),
under settings,
under General Management,
under Date and Time
there are check controls for automatic time zone (which was checked),
and automatic date and time (which was unchecked).
In the past, the phone time and the Fitbit Charge 4 time were always sync'ed perfectly with those settings.
So, I checked the automatic date and time, and that worked.
It seems like there were multiple problems that were fixed by
clearing the cache, and setting automatic date and time.
It is not clear to me why it used to work perfectly for years, and recently stopped working.
Not at all clear why there is a 2 minute time difference.
Fortunately for me, this worked.
Best wishes,
Kim
