I can’t seem to start any exercise on my Fitbit charge 4~I push the selection for exercise, select run and it takes me to the connecting part with the start option. I push it and nothing happens and when I push the side button, it won’t go back. It eventually goes back on its own but now my Fitbit won’t even track my steps (which it was doing this morning before I started exercising, then it stopped after I tried to select the exercise option). I’ve tried rebooting the device and clearing out my user data and resyncing the Fitbit. Anyone else have any ideas? I’m at a loss…

Hi there, @trixareforevery. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

Unfortunately, that didn’t seem to do anything~I restarted my Fitbit, changed the clock interface and even tried to update my tracker like the restart your Fitbit device suggested, but when I push and hold the button when it’s plugged into the wall, nothing happens.
I don’t know if it will help, but I’ve noticed the green light that usually shines on the bottom of the Fitbit no longer works. Not sure if it’s relevant or not.
If you have any other advice or recommendations, please let me know. Again, thank you so much for your help!
