My Charge 4 will not sync. I always used the app on my iPad and it has not synced since November 26. I've turned that device off and back on. I've restarted my Fitbit. I've turned bluetooth off and back on. I even went so far as to download the app on my iPhone and it gets stuck syncing halfway on there as well. I have tried all the remedies I have found in these forums I believe except for removing and re-adding the Fitbit, which I really hesitate to do. Are there any other fixes I can try? So frustrating. This is my second Fitbit and I am wondering if it is now at the age it needs to be replaced.

Hi there, @AuntEdna. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the troubleshooting steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Regarding using your iPad and iPhone, please note that you can use both. However, if you want to sync your Charge 4 with these two devices simultaneously, is very important to turn off the Bluetooth on one device when you want to sync with the other.
Bear in mind that your Fitbit device can only talk to one device at a time. It can be trusted on many devices, phones, tablets, and so on, but because of the limitations of Bluetooth, it will only be able to talk to one at a time.
The data from your Charge 4 is sent to the Fitbit cloud. After the data has been processed it will be put into your Fitbit account. Now your Fitbit account has access to and will display the data. Opening the app on a second device/phone/tablet will have access to the same data and a sync is not needed if a sync recently occurred through a different device.
