My watch won't sync with my phone (iPhone XS). I have reinstalled the app and restarted the watch both through the watch itself and connected to the computer. The watch says I need to update the app. Can't find any help in the manual for this and don't want to delete all data (doubt that would help). Anyone know how to do a more thorough reboot?

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Hello. Tried this several times but it doesn't work. On the Fitbit it just says "Download or update the Fitbit app to activate". Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it still doesn't work. Also rebooted the device. Any more tips or is it completely broken?
