My Fitbit stopped working without cause yesterday. The screen will not activate, and the device does not react to charging. The only indication it is still active is the green light on the back of the device. I have tried holding down the button to reset it, and I changed the clock face, but the device will not reset. I have seen no other relevant suggestions on the forum.
