I lost my charger few months after buying my charge 4 watch and two days ago I hot new charger. Unfortunately my watch is now black screen, I have tried resetting the watch while charging but not working. Also my old account cant be recovered the resetting password email can't be received. I have reached customer service and fitbit support. They opened a ticket but still no one reached, if my case is not resolvable please inform me to stop trying.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 4 is still not turning on despite the steps you've tried so far. I understand where your concern is coming from as you also have issues trying to access your account. I'll do my best to help you with this.
Regarding your Charge 4 not turning on, sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely, like in your case as you mentioned to have stopped using your device due to a lost charger). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Charge 4. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
