So a few weeks ago, the button on my Fitbit was overly stimulated resulting in a little freak out as it wouldn’t stop vibrating. It then turned off and wouldn’t turn back on no matter what I plugged it into. Two weeks ago I plugged it in, it did the smiley face and then went to the normal screen. It said it had to be charged so I let charge for the day. I came back and it was dead again. A few days later I tried again and this time it did charge and so I put it on and woke up the next day to see it once again in the same state. It now won’t turn on at all. Any suggestions?

HI, @MCKA , welcome to the community, try to "reboot" your Charge 4, this video demonstrates the process in the second part. You do not say how long you've had your Charge 4 but assuming it was working prior to your problem you may have a syncing issue these articles provide light reading How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If you are still stuck please post here again with as much detail as you can.
Cheers

Hi, @Maddieandozzie, welcome, have you followed my earlier advice and attempted a "reboot", recharge & checked sync? Please provide more info including the make & model of your mobile phone.
Cheers
