Charge 4 won't turn on - button not working either

My fitbit charge 4 turned off this morning despite not being flat and hasn't turned on since, it is completely unresponsive . My phone bluetooth is not detecting it and I can't turn the button or reboot it like all the forum posts say. I have already tried putting it on the charger and holding the button down but the button is unresponsive as well, there is no button to hold down. I have had this happen before but usually is resolves itself after a few minutes, but it has been a whole day.

@Maddybon , Nice to see you here. Thank you for describing what you already tried with your Charge 4.
