Charge 4 won't turn on or charge

As of yesterday morning my charge 4 just wouldn't turn on. I assumed it was dead so put it on charge as of this morning it still will not turn on

 

Update: Also I have not had this fit bit a year yet.

I have same issue with charge 4 not turning on is charged please can someone say what fixed it?

Same issue. It was supposedly charged at least more than half but screen went black. Cannot restart because side button is not working.

 

I tried changing the clock face and a loading bar appeared, after that it went dark again. The side button is completely unresponsive but the green lights under the watch work as it senses when I tap it. I even tried using my new Fitbit charger thinking the older one is busted and wiping the charging port with a cloth sprayed with alcohol. It still seems to be syncing because app says it did when I tried but I haven’t been wearing it because that’s useless. Chatted with support earlier and they said they will send me an email but none was received.

I had to call tech support ended up having to get a replacement sent to me.

My Charge 4 fit, I think it has more than 2 years with me. Do you think I'm still entitled to get a replacement for it?

I would check with them see if Eligible for replacement since this seems be
happening a lot. I would think it would be if it be issue and I would hope.
They would cover it but I can't say it for sure
