My charge 4 screen has stopped working...have tried to restart it several times no change in screen except it now vibrates when I hold in the button on the side..
Any ideas on what to do

Check out posts from other charge 4 users... Fitbit knows about the issue but apparently has no fix... they're offering discounts on a new device but it's a racket... everyone's device is having the same problem all at the same time??? save your money and avoid the headache... buy a tracker from another company.

Good call... it's not just charge 4 users who've been hit with some 'not up to scratch' firmware updates, those folks with Charge 5's have been reporting very similar circumstances following firmware updates for that model too
