Charge 4 won't turn on

Two nights ago I went to check my Fitbit and it would turn on and the screen was black. I thought it must be out of charge so I put it on the charger overnight. In the morning it still wouldn’t turn on and on the Fitbit soo it still said it was on 11% and was still tracking my steps and heart rate. I’ve had my charger 4 for three years and this is the first time this has happened.

Update: I meant to say Fitbit app*

If your Charge 4 won't turn on, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check battery level: Make sure your Charge 4 has enough battery power. If the battery is drained, you may need to charge it before it will turn on. Connect it to a charger and let it charge for at least 30 minutes.

Try a different charger and cable: Sometimes a faulty charger or cable can prevent your Charge 4 from turning on. Try using a different charger and cable to see if that resolves the issue.

Check for physical damage: Inspect your Charge 4 for any physical damage such as water damage, visible cracks, or other signs of damage. If there is any physical damage, it may be preventing your Charge 4 from turning on.

Restart your Charge 4: Press and hold the button on your Charge 4 for at least 8-10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears. This will perform a hard reset on your Charge 4 and may help to resolve any software issues.

I have the same issue. My isn’t turning on at all despite charging it all night with the Fitbit cable (I didn’t use a different kind).  I got it three years ago, can the battery be dead already?
