My charge 4 won't vibrate for notifications. I've already unpaired it and paired it again on my phone, I've turned off notifications and turned them back on and updated the system. When I select "send test call notification" in the app, nothing happens. Anything else to try?

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed and I understand how you feel with this situation. If your tacker's battery is critically low, notifications won't cause Charge 4 to vibrate or the screen to turn on.

 

Also when you turn off all notifications, your tracker won't vibrate and the screen won't turn on when your phone receives a notification. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
