Hello @SunsetRunner
Did the band break at the connection point? Are you still under warranty? If so I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
if your not under warranty and the Fitbit Charge 4 still works despite the band being broke and you want to
continue using it, type this into Amazon Search at the Amazon website: SupCase Unicorn Beetle Pro Watch Bands for Fitbit Charge 4 protective replacement wristband case : https://www.amazon.com/SUPCASE-Climbing-Extreme-Replacement-Fitbit/dp/B07N2J33BY
This will even work if your band completely broke at the connect point.
😉I hope this provides you with an answer. Please let me know

Thumbs up to MegaBite's advice. In my experience, FitBit support is great if you're under warranty, and then not helpful afterward. Kudos to the folks working the phones and online chat line -- i don't envy them supporting a product that appears to be fatally flawed at the band connector.
MANY people have faced the Charge 4 band connector problem. You may want to check this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-4/Charge-4-Band-Connector-Broken/td-p/5141769. Some folks -- but not me -- have had luck with specialty super glues.

Thank you @JohnyOttawa! Very kind of you. I hope the idea works for individuals who are experiencing the same problem. Money is tight for so many now. It would be a shame to dispose of the Fitbit if you can find a better way to keep it alive so to say.
😃I hope you have an enjoyable evening and as always Happy Stepping!
