Charge 4 wrist strap attachment mechanism broken

My Charge 4 tracker has been falling off my wrist occasionally for the past several months even though I clean the wrist strap & attachments regularly. Then today, the attachment mechanism on the top side of the tracker broke off completely.  Is there any fix for this?

Yes agree..
I’ve been through 2 now before I realize it’s an actual problem.. something would be nice for Fitbit company to recognize I spent my hard earned money on this product and it’s defected .. As well as others have done the same ..

When this happened to me last year, I checked multiple sites and the bottom line was there was there was no fix.  I used Gorilla Glue two times to keep it together.  It finally came apart again today.  I have a newer Charge 4 a friend but am unhappy with how dim the screen is compared to my earlier Charge 4.  And yes I've checked all of the settings, etc.

Your post is further evidence that there is a known common problem with
charge 4. It is now over a week since the service team contacted me and I
regret to report that disappointingly there has been no action from them to
resolve this. Over the years my family have purchased 5 different trackers
from Fitbit. They are a massive company and I feel my loyalty to them
should be acknowledged.--

I agree with you,, this was my third Fitbit fitness tracker in total.. we deserve to be compensated for this defect they obviously have. All the best of luck to you!
