After 18 months, my Charge 4 literally dropped off my wrist while I was sitting reading. Any other time and I'd probably have lost the watch. The section with the buckle (unfortunately not the side which I have a backup (longer) replacement for) had snapped in half. Is this normal?

Hi Juan,
Thanks for the tip. I contacted support and got passed along to the warranty folks. The watch was no longer under warranty but they offered me a discount on a new device. Seeing I don't need a new device and the discount couldn't be applied to a new strap, it was kind of useless. Ironically, I had bought my husband a Fitbit just a week before my strap broke, so I might have surprised Fitbit by actually taking advantage of their offer if only the timing had been slightly different LOL.
