I have the Charge 4 for about 1 year or so. The plastic connector on the watch face breaks so that band can no longer connect. I contacted Support and they emailed me back a 35 percent discount. I called back and they told it was outside warranty. After spending $150 on this Fitbit, this is the only thing they could offer?

Mine broke after 13 months. Customer service was useless. I bought a band off Amazon with a pocket to hold the tracker so I can use it. Look up goseth charge 4 bands. Cost about $12.

Will the goseth band work if the connector broken off the watch face tracker?
That connector was glued on with two tiny pieces of plastic. Very disappointed with this quality and lack of service.

Yes there is a picket that the tracker fits in. Not very attractive but at least you can use it. Fitbit is dropping the ball and will be losing customers. Expecting customers to buy a new watch due to their defective product is unacceptable

Thank you!! Your response is a lot more helpful than their Customer Support. I will definitely check out this band.

Thank you for this useful tip. Mine also just broke. I have had it for about 14 months. I had noticed the watch band would come unattached when it got bumped hard. I just figured it was because the watchband was a cheep aftermarket replacement. Now I wonder if the connector was giving out before it actually broke off.

Yes mine started to to break away after 18 months and definitely a design issue, should be a one piece unit.
Spoke to Deiby R at customer service, he refused to review my pictures and emailed me next day stating out of warranty and gave the standard discount, that means every 18 months need to replace the watch. I also asked to speak with management or Customer Care .he said You-are speaking to him.!
The worst customer service experienced,I will NOT be purchasing another Fitbit product.

Fitbit could have taken the high road and developed a solution to keep charge 4 owners happy. But sadly they have decided to ignore us.

Update: Thanks to your tip. I purchased the same goseth band from Amazon. Just started wearing it today. It works well.
I’m still hesitate to purchase any more Fitbit products because of the quality and lack of customer service.
