Hi 

I am trying to reach Fitbit INDIA team, my charge 4 wrist band connector is broken. Am out of warranty and need to know where and how to get it repaired. 
anyone has experienced this same issue? Anyone managed to connect with INDIA team?

My wife and me bought Charge 4 in September 2020, just one week after the warranty expiration, the wrist band connector in both trackers was broken.

The importer wasn't ready to do anything about it and hasn't propose any solution. 

Any ideas?
