I’ve had my charge 4 for about 18 months and one of the connectors for the wristband has slightly broken off. I can’t wear my Fitbit now because the strap just comes off. It looks like it’s held in with Phillips head screws.

Hi I had the same problem last year, if you contact Fitbit, they will replace it for you
