My spouse and I both have Charge 4 devices. Last week, my band disconnected from the device. Luckily, I retrieved it from the restaurant and reconnected the band. Two days later, it disconnected again. This time, a piece broke off of the device and the band would not reattach. I purchased the Charge 5 to replace. Tonight, my spouse's Charge 4 band broke and while reattaching, the same piece broke off the device. Perhaps a design issue?
