When I go into the today tab, there isnt a tile for the daily readiness score? It's the charge 5 which I've had since Monday....Everything else seems to be there. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello @Allir and welcome to the Community. The Daily Readiness Score requires Premium. Did you activate your Premium trial with your Charge 5 if you aren't a Premium user now? If it should be there, tap on the EDIT button in the upper right area of the mobile app and see if it is there and needs to be added to your active tiles.

Hi thank you, Yes I did activate premium already. I have the app on my Samsung tablet rather than a phone as I need a new phone...I tried resetting my tracker and I logged out and back in to my fitbit account, and when I try edit it doesn't show up any extra tiles? I have also noticed that since using my charge 5 it isn't tracking any stairs? Whereas my charge 2 did?
