Charge 5 battery short life

My Charge 4 keeps losing power, only way to bring it to life is to charge it, which shows lots of battery life remaining. It’s nearly two years old, has it reached its design life or is there a solution?

Hi Marie, thanks for your response but it’s a Charge 4, which is why I posted on the Charge 4 forum.

I’ve checked the tips and recommendations for saving battery but the issue is the battery suddenly dying while it should be about 50% charged.

Is it possible to do a 3 pulse restart with the Charge 4?  There’s no button on the charger so I assume there must be another way to do this.

Waste of time trying to get support, trash company and trash products. They're only built to work properly for around a year till the warranty expires then fitbit won't replace them.  Cut your losses, throw it in the bin and go with a different company and make sure you warn others to stay away at all costs.
