How important is the metal plate at the back of the Fitbit? Can it be replaced or refitted? I have the plate

Hi @Lindsayhyuile you under warranty? It would seem to me that the metal plate is important to keep the inner components safe from dust or skin flakes.

Hi, Bought December 2021 from Curry’s. Warranty seems unclear, don’t think the 2year warranty in the EEC applies.
However will probably check with the seller.
