The fitbit 3 software has been one problem after another. Currently I have a blank screen. I have tried reboot on numerous occasions with no improvement. I have tried changing the face but it doesn't work. It still runs info to my phone and vibrates but is visualy useless if I don't have my phone. I am so fed up with all the software problems I have had in the past 9 months that I want a refund and I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy this product. I think I will try another brand with a more reliable back up.

I appreciate you have already tried to troubleshoot this situation before reaching us.
Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.
