Hello. I recently received an old Charge HR from a neighbor. It seems to charge fine and track fine, but I can't get it to connect to my FitBit account. I go through the usual setup (hold the button for 3 seconds, type the 4 digit number from the FitBit screen into the app, etc.) But after I type the number into the app, the app gets stuck on "Connecting to FitBit" indefinitely. I have tried turning off the bluetooth for 15 seconds, updating the app, restarting the app, restarting the phone, restarting the Charge HR, make sure I have good WiFi, make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby... but alas. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
