I bought a Flex with the Heart Rate function so that my daughter could check her pulse b/c she has a condition called P.O.T.S. - Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. Unfortunately, now when we try to charge her FitBit it is stuck with a half-bar icon and never charges or turns on. Anyone else have this problem? I don''t know what else to do and am afraid FitBit won't replace it since its so old but she really needs it and misses not having it...
I have ensured the USB ports are working so its not that. Could it be the charging cable? Any other ideas? Will FitBit replace it? Not sure what the next step is to get it working again and my daughter able to monitor her pulse and overall exercise/steps/cardio which we know is important for treating P.O.T.s.
