Charge HR Flashing between all the screens?

My Charge HR is continuously going from the time to my steps to the mileage to heartrate and distance without me touching the screen or button. It's switching screens very quickly and won't stop or respond when I press the button or touch the screen. I tried charging it and it stopped for a couple minutes but now its doing it again

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.

Any idea of what to do if restarting per linked instructions 5-6 times still doesn't work?

@Lprice81 If restarting doesn't help then contacting customer support is the next step. If they can't fix it, they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
