SO I have spent the last 5 1/2 hours tryng to sync my Charge HR with 1) Microsoft Surface Windows 10,
2) iPhone 6s and IPAD gen 4. All the devices "Found" the Charge HR and provide a code to enter but then while "Connecting" it fails. The devices has never been used. Christmas present 2 years ago and just getting back in the saddle - so to speak.
Do I throw it out ?

I have a similar issue, haven't used it in 2 years and unable to get it to connect to phone app or windows 10 app. completely unable to update firmware or do anything further, just fails on trying to connect
