Charge HR Suddenly Stopped Working

Hi There. My fitbit charge HR is onle 7 months old and it (for some reason) has stopped working.

I charged it last night, put it on this morning fully charged, checked the time at 830 ish and the time was off by about 25 mins. I synced to my android phone app and the time corrected itself on the fitbit. Not even a half hour later i tried again to check the time - it only had the fitbit logo and the version number (122) then went blank again. As of noon or so today I can even get the fitbit to turn on or show anything on the screen. The heartbeat monitor light isnt even on and now I cant connect to it via bluetooth or via the cord.

Please advise how to correct this asap

Mine was a failure of the charging cord.
My wife had one so used it to test.
Bought a new one through Amazon for 7.99

I don't know what to do. I have had three fitbits - different kinds and
they all quit on me. Good luck.

My Fitbit just quit working. Very disappointing and frustrating. The last 2 nights it just died. It is fully charged when I go to bed, the lights are working, messages are coming across but when I wake up it’s dead and no sleep activity has been recorded.

Clean your contacts on your charger and watch with a swab submerged in alcohol. I just had this issue and now my Versa is working fine.

wow! same time span - got my charge 3 in february of last year, the screen is been going dim over the last few months so I tried to reboot it today and it wouldn't turn back on - same offer of a 25% off voucher valid only through their website - I could spend the same money and get it through Amazon without a voucher. I was very fortunate that my bf hunted one down on Facebook Marketplace and I was able to get it same day for $40.

so again I'll reiterate if it seems like you're having troubles with your device don't wait to contact customer service

Hi, also my Charge HR suddenly stopped working. I have reinstalled the app on my mac and went to the configuration of the device and it was recognized and was able to complete the configuation. I have even reset it by holding the button way more than 10 secs. But still nothing happens. The screen is blank except that by showing the full charge of the battery. The lights underneath also blink green, but nothing else. Also in the app online, I cannot open the Panel.

Anyone any idea?

Sounds like its pretty much shot. Contact Fitbit and let them know your problem. They may agree to replace it, even if its beyond warranty. My experience is they only last about 18 months.

I had the same problem last week and the online chat with Support was excellent and they do all the troubleshooting with you. That would be my first port of call
