My Charge HR has sat in the box for a few months because it will not turn on. I can get it to charge and show a battery where lines will increase to show it charging. Additionally, it will sync to my phone as long as I have it on the charger. Nothing will show up on this display except the charging symbol and then the numbers for the sync.
I have never used this Fitbit. Is there anyway I could exchange it for a functioning one?

That tracker has been out of production for well over 2 years. Sitting in a box for a length of time means it probably remained in a completely discharged state and the battery now is shot. All lithium ion batteries will do this if not kept partially charged.
