My HR has been stuck on the progress screen without change. I've tried to restart the device, but it won't restart. The screen flashes blank briefly, but goes back to the progress screen. I've tried unpairing the device, even removing the device from my account in an attempt to re-add it (which did not work; it cannot connect), to no avail. Please help!
