Charge HR battery dies within 1 day

I have a Charge HR that the bcattery dies within 1 day! Frustruating that the original one i purchased the band broke within the warrenty period. With no abuse and not wearing in water. Contact Fitbit and they send a replacement. Only to have this one not last a couple of months.

The battery dies within a day!! Again no abuse or water, so it should not be dying so quickly. Let it fully drain and did not use for weeks, charged it yesterday and it is low battery alresdy!

Contacted Fitbit and they said too bad you are out of warrenty time and we sent 1 replacement for the band issue. But we will discount a new one. Like I am going to jump on that and get another defective one and be in the same boat.

So frustrating and dissapointed.

I've been combing the community boards for this same issue. The answer that keeps popping up is to turn off all day sync. HOWEVER a moderator on another thread posted that Fitbit has removed the option to toggle it on or off and just made it always on. Super frustrating when they tell us to do something that no longer is optional. Getting a Garmin. 😡

Having the same issue. It's "fully charged" and 2 hours later, it's at low battery. Got in touch with the help desk, which told me my device is "defective" but cannot offer a replacement because I am past my warranty period. Tried to email FitBit at https://contact.fitbit.com but now email support is no longer available. So.... there's no proper channel to give feedback, and customers are forced to be stuck with barely functioning devices?
