Have not used my fitbit for a long time. know that I do, the battery is getting flat within minutes? how can I get this problem sorted. when I got it, I used it a few times even then the battery wasn't holding 7 days?

Hi @Minnie1985 and welcome to the forums. Here are a few suggestions since your device was out of use for so long:

  1. On your phone, make sure you have installed the latest OS update.
  2. Next, still on your phone, update your Fitbit app to the latest version.
  3. Then, restart your Charge HR. Instructions are here.
