Charge HR broken clip to attach charger

The plastic u-shape clip/clasp that holds the charger into the back of my fitbit has snapped. Nothing else is wrong with my Fitbit. I’ve been away from hardcore exercise since having breast cancer treatment but now I’m rearing to go but I can’t charge my Fitbit! How do I get it fixed or a replacement? I do have a photo - how can I upload?

Hi @SunsetRunner  you have to post a few times more in order to upload a picture. As for getting it fixed, there are no repairs for these devices. You could get a new charger, but due to the age of your device, there are none being sold at the Fitbit Store, linked upper right of this page. The Charge 5 has been announced, so that tells you the Charge HR is older. Not sure this helps you though. @SunsetRunner  love your attitude about the breast cancer and hope you continue your journey to wellness.
