I can't connect my Charge HR to Bluetooth on my phone. I have restarted my phone multiple times over, I've turned off and on Bluetooth and cleared the chach, I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app but I keep getting the "app needed to use this device" whenever I click to connect my charge HR to Bluetooth. At this point I just might get another brand of fitness tracker because I don't know what to do.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know if you restarted your Charge HR as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the setup instructions that are included in this help page.
