I had my Fitbit Charge HR 5 months and it has completely died. Looks like the power supply failed. It will not turn on or charge. I am disappointed as I liked the product.

It's worth trying a restart as this does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. Here's how:

If it really is dead then, as you will still be within warranty, you can contact customer support to discuss a replacement:

Have you tried restarting it with the cable connected? Holding the button down until v1.xx appears.

I've ran into a few strange bugs like this.

I have only had my fit bit versa for 4 months and it has completely died. The same thing happened to my sisters fit bit..i am guessing there are some faulty ones that made it through and I am hoping the replacement one they are sending me does not die as well.
