I have had the charge for awhile and it suddenly went dim. I see a number of posts on this topic but non with a solution that work. I have restarted the Fitbit more than I can count. I have uninstalled the app. I have forgotten the Bluetooth connection and restarted both the phone and Fitbit. I have tried to connect a new tracker again. I have tried changing the clock face. I have tried holding my toungue and standing on one leg while saying the alphabet backwards.
Whats the crack fitbit. My wife’s Alta has **ahem** out as well at pretty much the same time. Hers is dim screen and says it’s charged but flat in a couple of hours.
Have we hit a opps your Fitbit is too old. Buy a new one or what? Sees very coincidental...

Hi there @MrMagni, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that the display on your Charge HR is dim. Thanks a lot for all your efforts in trying to get this fixed. I'd like to help you out.
If you've had your tracker for a while now, this could be the reason why the display has gone dim. However, I'd like to suggest one more thing and this would be to give your Charge HR a factory reset. Find the instructions on how to do this here.
If the factory reset doesn't work, let me know and that way we can move forward.
I'll be looking forward for your reply!
