I have bought charge hr 3,4 years back , now gradually its brightness has gone low, and the display cannot be seen. Also the black stripes are visible..
So what can be done to?

Hi @Raw..smike you can try a restart of the device, but since it's more than a few years old, it probably isn't going to get any better. I had the Alta HR and over time, it had the same dim screen beginning. The best thing is to check out the Fitbit sales coming up.

Hi @Jaglenn no, it wouldn't. The batteries in these devices is not replaceable. Only the retired Zip has a battery that can be replaced.
