My Charge HR display is very, very faint and cannot be seen in ambient light. I have done the basic step of plugging the device into the charging socket and turning the device off and on but this has not helped. I checked with phone support and they are woefully ill-equipped to provide any help and one of them even wanted me to send a picture of the screen to provide any help. Problem is that this will only result in my sending them a picture of a blank screen. Can anyone help or should I just toss the device and give up on any hope of using it again?
