Charge HR intermittently displays horizontal line, won’t track

Charge HR seems to freeze. The display will suddenly show horizontal line, as if showing a sync progression but the green lights are not on. Hitting the button won't change anything. Eventually it will go away, but the time will be off. I have reset the device several times over the past few weeks.

 

Very frustrated so I bought Alta last week, but would like to use Charge HR for harder workouts. Any clues? I've only had this device for a few months. I've been through two of the flex devices, both died. If the Alta goes, I believe I am done 😞

its under warranty. I have bought from Canada and write now I am in India.
Plseas help to replace the device

Replace the device if it's under warranty. There is no other alternative.

Hello, I am not under warranty. This is my 2nd Fitbit. I received my replacement. The company needs to make these Fitbit built to last. I cannot afford another one. I had received mind as mother day gift and it has help me keep moving now I am lost without it. I feel empty as though I have lose my best friend.

 

These fitbit are not sturdy enough to last long with all the time u put in exercise etc.  We need something stronger and affordable.

Mine is stuck like this. Can you tell me what to do pleade? I have been having a problem with the time on mine for a couple of weeks now

Hi, This problem can't be fixed!

Write to Fit Bit and tell them your problem. If your Fit
bit is under warrant they will replace it without charges.

same think happens to me but your sokution page is not openning (no permission)

 

so i have horizontal line half full and it does not rebiit or factory reset

 

how can i sokve that problem

Hi there MeylinP, I am having the same problem with my Fitbit, but the thread with the fix seems to have been reomved. Could you point me in the right direction?
