I really like Fitbit. When it works. My screen has been stuck for several days showing a half-charged battery icon. I have looked at various help topics and followed the suggestions to no avail. I will miss Fitbit but dealing with trying to figure it out is certainly not worth the frustration.

Are you asking about your 3 to 5 year old Charge HR tracker @SunsetRunner? It may simply need a new battery, batteries do not last forever 

Have you tried charging the tracker?
