Hello all!
I am troubleshooting my Fitbit Charge HR. I fully charged it less than 24 hours ago and it recently showed the battery icon, with the exclamation point inside. Shortly after I noticed that icon, the display no longer showed anything and the green lights on the backside stopped working. About two hours ago, I plugged in my Charge HR to charge the battery (which seemed unnecessary, since I fully charged it recently) and it, once again, showed the battery icon with the exclamation point.
When I unplug it, the display shows nothing. Now, when I plug it back in, it will show the battery icon with the lightning bolt symbol. This problem persists, no matter what I try. I cannot reset the device. I have up-to-date firmware and Fitbit Connect software. Furthermore, after charging for a while, the Charge HR feels hot.
I truly hope someone can help me!

Also having issue with an exclamation point on battery on device. Tried everything but nothing is working to fix this problem. To be honest, I’ve owned a few different types of Fitbits, and this Inspire HR has been nothing but problems!! Hope you have finally found a way to fix your issue with yours. I am still trying!
