Charge HR not detecting sleep time accurately

My sleep tracker won't work correctly.  I'll be asleep until 8 am or later and it won't track sleep past 3 or 4am

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Charge HR not recording your sleep correctly. I'll be hhappy to help you out!

 

I can recommend checking the following tips to ensure that your  tracker will record your whole sleep:

 

1. Give your Charge HR a quick restart. For this, plug the charging cable to any USB port or UL-certified USB wall charger and plug the other end to your Charge HR. Press and hold the button for 10-12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and the version number and release the button.


2. Make sure that your tracker is a little snug on your wrist when you're going to bed.

3. Make sure you're sleeping with your Charge HR on your non-dominant hand.
