Charge HR not holding charge

I got a Charge HR in August. It doesn’t hold a charge for more than about a day and a half, and the time is never right, even when I sync it. It also contially displays a green light on the back even when I am not wearing it (I take it off at night).

@NikiConver Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't holding its charge and isn't syncing properly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. This should also help with the time issue. Regarding the lights these are from the heart rate sensor. Turn off the heart rate sensor, save and sync your tracker then turn it to Auto and save and sync again.

Let me know how it goes!
