Why does my Fitbit not show any activity minutes for my spin and Pilates classes when I manually input them? It only gives calories?

@Sooz69 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Active minutes are gained every time METs are met. Intensity is the key here. Take a look at this post for some examples and details regarding how active minutes are gained. Also, just to make sure everything is in order, restart your tracker.

Hi - the intensity of the spin is not the issue - I spin for at least 50 mins with very high % of cardio and peak heart rates covering circa 16km so non plussed why it shows no active minutes. The road rides I've done automatically show as active minutes at a much gentler pace. I restarted my Fitbit last night as per other threads suggest but no joy.

@Sooz69 Okay, I see. Have you tried the restart process? Then, use it again to see if active minutes will be counted.

Yes, I’ve done the basics but this seems to be a Fitbit app problem and they’re just not dealing with it!

I’m well aware how active minutes work - it’s an app update problem concerning  the footstep /hour counter
