Charge HR not reading heart rate

My Charge HR is not reading my heart rate at all. I’ve disconnect, reset, deleted, restarted, the whole 9. Anyone got any other ideas how to make it track my heart rate?

Hello @Beefstew1 and welcome to the Community.  Are you sure you have a Charge HR?  The Charge HR is an unsupported, legacy device.  Personally, I wouldn't put any effort into troubleshooting it.
