Charge HR not recording bike ride

I'm having a similar problem with a Charge HR and Bike Rides. But the problem isn't with total minutes of exercise, it isn't recording my entire ride. Fitbit recorded 14 minutes of my bike ride today. Strava recorded my moving time as 43:36 minutes. I know that I was out on my ride for 56 minutes but the difference between the moving time and the total time was having to stop for a traffic light and to answer a phone call. Another problem I'm having is when I manually add my ride info into the fitbit app and leave that page when I go back to the exercise page it will have duplicated the information that I entered over and over again  At one point I had the same ride showing 7 times. I can simply delete the duplicates so that isn't a big deal but I do find it very frustrating that it isn't recording my entire ride. It use to record the entire ride or at least record multiple shorter rides that would usually be close to the moving time of the entire ride. I would appreciate any help you can give me to help resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hello @CMCole welcome to the community, I have a few questions that will help understand what is going on.

When it comes to your bike ride are you putting your tracker into it's workout mode by holding in the side button?: Or do you hop on the Bike and let Fitbit decide what your doing?

Is your Strava account connected to your Fitbit it account? If so your Strava recorded rides should get transferred to fyour Fitbit account.

I have a similar issue, and i don't want to open another topic.

I start fitbit charge 3, once it shows connected to GPS, i start the ride. Initially it was disconnecting the GPS from time to time, but now it starts, and it stops after several minutes (10-20) and that's it.

I tried factory reset, same issue. Any other advice?
