I'm trying to set up my Charge HR with a new Samsung S20. The Fitbit has been in storage for over a year as it stopped syncing with my old phone and I was told that it wasn't compatible with it.
I tried syncing it with my phone last night and tried doing a reset which didn't seem to work.
Got onto chat this morning, first to Sharen until I needed to restart my phone, at which point I restarted my phone and was then connected to Lemuel who took me through the next steps.
We managed to get the Fitbit to show the 4 numbers which I entered at which point the app just shows that it's trying to connect. I stepped away from my phone for a moment and when I returned the agent had replied that he assumed it was now working and disconnected the chat.
Now when I try to get back to the chat I just get a message about the page taking a different trail. I dug out another device and it gave me the same message.
After watching the screen say connecting for over 15 minutes I stopped it so I'm no further forward. Any tips while I wait for chatto get back up and running again?
