Dear Sir / Madam,

 

Good day! The Charge HR fitbit was gifted to me by my brother. It has been a month since I had the gift and as I was totally occupied with work earlier, I never get the chance to open and explore it.

 

I tried to switch it on today and play around with it but to my surprise, it's not working as I was thought. I managed to download the app in my iPhone and followed all the instructions to do the initial set up.

 

Everything was fine but as soon as I removed the fitbit from the charger, it just dies off. I kept pressing the side button on the fitbit but nothing happened. 

 

When I connected the fitbit to the charger, I saw only the FULL BATT sign appeared and nothing else. I tried to press the side button to 10 seconds to reset the fitbit. I noticed the version name appears briefly before the fitbit dies off.

 

Though there is syncing noticed on the app, no data is updated. Everything seems to be empty only.

 

Please advise.

Have the SAME EXACT issue and it has full battery. Just received it as a Vday gift but it won't turn on... and it has the setup to show me the time, and still nothing despite full battery.

I received mine in the mail yesterday and am having the same problem. It shows it is charging or fully charged while plugged in I even got it to sync and set up while it was plugged in this morning but the screen is still black and not syncing when it is unplugged. I have tried all the suggestions provided. Please help I was so excited about this purchase and it is breaking my heart.

And now the only Icon I can get is the battery with the exclamation point or the empty battery with the lightening bolt symbol and it has been plugged in all day.

Yeah same thing is happening with mine. My dad had it for a while then he gave it to me and the exact same thing happened to mine. When I plug it in it shows that the battery is full then it says v36. And it will not turn on. 😭
