I’ve not worn my charge HR in about 4 years. My mum has asked for it and I’ve charged it up and the full battery icon shows but it does not turn on. I have followed the restart guide and the version number comes up as instructed but then nothing happens. I’ve synced it on the app and it knows the battery is full and that it has synced.
Any ideas how to turn it on?

Hello @Kirstylouisecox and welcome to the Community. The Charge HR is an older model tracker and is on Fitbit's Legacy Device list. It just might be too old to work properly.

To restart a Fitbit Charge HR, simply connect its power cable and then hold in the device's lone button for a little more than 10 seconds. When the Fitbit logo and some numerical data appear on screen, the unit has reset and should be working properly again.
